A lovely April Sunday – what could be better than brunching outside on the patio at Apeiro Kitchen and Bar in Delray Beach with 6 of my friends!
We started of with bottomless mimosas, bellinis and Bloody Mary’s. Our table was offered a special sampling of their new baked brioche French toast with maple glazed apples and vanilla ice cream and let me tell ya – it was extremely fluffy and delicious.
I ordered the Italian Eggs Benedict made with poached eggs in red wine. I never had seen a more perfectly cooked egg – in purple – with the yolk oozzzing out and bursting with flavor.
